changing gearbox oil
« on: July 07, 2006, 01:30:14 PM »
Hi,

I want to change the oil in my gearbox but I'm not sure where the filler is.

Is it the square shape bolt on the side  :?:

How much do I put in :?:

hi tomcat
welcome to the forum!
These two old threads may help to explain things

The filler plug is a level plug, which means that with the car on level ground you fill the gearbox until it comes out of the level plug hole. Pay particular attention to the type of oil you use which is explained in the above thread.
