1997 ELX Window Winder Regulator Mechanism

Hi, I bought a window regulator from ebay but it seems to be too big and generally the wrong part. Can anyone conform this part has changed on the later ones and is anyone able to sell me one, dont mind where in the world it is?  My window keeps falling down and the one thats in keeps clicking.

Is there a part number on the one that you purchased?
The usual part number for this part is OE: 4275685
Not sure if there is a different part on later models?  Perhaps someone else on the forum knows?

Regular readers may recall the fairly massive hunt for a 37 (that's thirty SEVEN) spline steering column/boss for an ELX (I think it was) several months ago, maybe even a year or more, and it turned out Fiat had started using Cinquecento parts on the ELX. Since the window regulator is also a splined part (isn't it? they usually are), I can't help but wonder if ....

The part I bought doesnt actually have a part number printed on it (only says made in italy).  The point about the cinquecento is very interesting though, the interior has many of the same parts and the regulator does look very similar.
