WHICH SPORTS EXHAUST TO BUY?

So I'm interested in gaining more power from my little 126 and with all the time I've spent reading everyone says the same thing over and over again forget twin cams & heads for now the first item to get for gaining more power on your 126 is a sports exhaust.

So where do I buy this sports exhaust? are they costume made or do I buy them from the likes of ricambio and ebay?

I have a michael speeder exhaust for 60 quid on ebay, the exhaust mounts it comes with disintegrated on the motorway but i bought some replacements from a uk supplier that do the trick

Michael speeder make another exhaust that is sportier than mine but much louder, i think it's basically a straight pipe

They are on ebay for pretty cheap

Some of the sports exhausts are so loud, even the £600 stainless ones. There is a whole range of sports exhausts on the Axel Gerstal site to look at. My personal preference is for the twin outlet pipe systems which seem to combine performance with looks and can be driven without splitting ear drums but can sound angry when you bury the noise pedal and get the revs up

I don't mind it being loud just don't want it sounding like a Honda civic hahaha.  I like a single tiny pipe but my dad loves the twin outlet also rusty think it's an old thing

 I had a twin outlet Michael Speeder on there before, but the missus didn`t like it as it was too loud. I got to agree with her this one sounds much better.

Loved the twin outlet that much I bought one myself. £130 from auto-bella on ebay and it looks the tits, Not to big of outlet pipes just the right size imo. Can't wait to stick her on!
