LHD -> RHD conversion

Just another thought to get me an RHD 126, whats peoples thoughts on this? 
Is the conversion do-able? Would it be worth it? Etcetc

To converted LHD to RHD, things that need to be done are - steering rack - Clutch/Brake/Accelerator Pedals - Master Cylinder - Brake Pipes - UK Dash - Some Wiring + all the holes that need to be cut out and welded up, IMHO by the time you have done the conversion to VOSA standards its probably going to be cheaper to buy a RHD car + you might have to pay a premium to an insurance company as its not how it left the factory so would be classed as Modified?

I'm guessing you mean RHD air-cooled?

Must be me, I prefer the oem BIS look.

There's a RHD air-cooled on auto trader. It's been on there for quite a while now, you could barter for a discount.

Its the rear end i like, the grills on the rear bonnet etc 
Ive had my eye on that one actually, sounds like a good idea, just not sure id be able to get it to a price for my wallet will agree on

 I`ve seen a later el model some time ago on eBay and it was converted to rhd, so you are not the first person to think about it.
