homemade exhaust
« on: August 10, 2014, 09:19:48 PM »
i would like to fit a bike exhaust silencer to my 126 bis. would this cause any bad effects or just change the sound i was thinking about a  pit bike exhaust as the diameter of the pipe is similar. i am gonna use standard down pipes and chop and weld

I fitted a Suzuki 998 exhaust to my fiat. It improved it slightly. And it sounded amazing. The only problem is that it kept on blowing loads. So if you fit it well it will be fine

i am hoping to fit a cherry bomb and ill be welding it all so it should never leak hopefully. i am toying with the idea of making 2 exhaust exit pipes on each side of the car but not sure yet. im not trying to make it faster i just want it to sound better and LOUDER = BETTER

There is some information fitting "cherrybomb" exhausts onto the 126 aircooled engine

Maybe of interest or use to you..
