Hello 126'ers.
It's been almost a year (I think) since I was last on here.
My OH cruelly broke my baby by decided to drop the sump plug on the way home from work last year, emptying all the oil out and riding back on an AA truck.
Sure that she'd killed it it's taken me all this time to track down a new sump plug and and pluck up the courage see what the damage was.
Last night a mechanic neighbour of mine fed up with the wait forced some oil on me to give it a whirl.
After a bit of messing around tracking a perished fuel hose down that was sucking in air the little beauty fired up with no apparent knocks or rattles and drove great MUCH to my surprise.
Anyhow. Now to the task of getting the little fella ship shape for the dreaded MOT and back on the road.
I've got to track down a stub axle if anyone has a spare one for sale or knows where to get one from.
Good to be (almost) back!
