Hello from Malta
« on: September 11, 2014, 01:28:52 PM »
Hello all,
I am from Uk but have lived in Malta for the last 3 years.
Someone here recently advertised a 126bis free to good home, needs a bit of work doing to it been garaged for 18m or so, probably 3-4 years by road disc on it but I couldn't resist the challenge!!
I am not very mechanically experienced at all, I used to have a couple of Mini's years ago and liked tinkering on them, so thought this would be a good little project!!

The car isn't running and trying to find time to work on it whilst juggling work and kids is proving hard work but come winter here, I hope to have a bit more time. So far we are trying to source a new water junction and sensor as the one on huge car has corroded and snapped off.

I'm sure I will be reading lots and lots on here and asking the odd question.
