FUEL PROBLEM 126 BIS

I have fuel problem to 126 bis 703cc
thats engine data fuel consuption  4,4 liter to 100km

but my car use 8liter
 
valves are adjudsted 0,15 mm

my carburattor is weber
what can I do
please help me for this problem by photos  :cry:

could be carb accelerator pump diapragm get a carb kit and replace it.cheap, to replace.

-could be carb fuel filter sinking
-could be running rich, because of car set up
-could be timing is too advanced
-could also be fuel pump

process of elimination im afraid m8
