I picked this up tonight with the intention of stripping it for useful parts for the blue one but it seems a shame as it's in perfectly salvageable condition. Does anyone fancy a project of their own?

Looks to be in better condition than the blue one from that picture. Completely different engine and gearbox and rear seat to the blue one as well.
You might do better to sell the BIS on for enough to buy a few new parts.

Aye, it's not bad. Shame to break it really.

Shona is set on an air cooled so the blue one is staying. I had bought the red one mainly for the doors but Sho doesn't want one piece glass. It looks like I'll be restoring the doors which came with the blue one.

For now, the red BIS is for sale but will be broken if nobody wants it.
