I remember teaching my then GF. Whenever I tried to warn her of something, like avoid a pothole, she would drive over hit. When I said be careful of the curb, she hit the curb. Mind the bigish stone on the road, she would drive over it. She had the knack of doing the opposite. The final straw was when she reversed my car onto a lamp post after warning her of the lamp post.
