Wreckmaster from Norway

My name is Thomas and I am an Fiat addict
I am 33 years old and live in south east Norway.
Last sunday I went to Lindkøping in Sweden and bought a 1975 Fiat 126 series 1. The car is italian made and has got a sunroof
Before I will be able to put norwegian plates on it I have to do a few small fixes such as changing the headlights which has some strange kind of headlight wipers
Looks really weird. And I have to change tyres as the one on the car are to big. Then I have to change the fuelling hose from the fuelcap and into the tank. Hopefully I will have it through norwegian MOT in about a month so I can drive it to Germany and the Heideke 500 meeting the last week end in July.
Here are some pictures of my new baby.

Welcome to the forum of fun. The car looks great, and I like your tow car too
Does that cooling fan look different, or is it just my imagination?

Yes, the cooling fan was a bit different than normal. My friend Dr.500 who helps me with the car said he had never seen a fan like that before, and he has seen quite a few of them
But he said the plastic fan in my car was a better fan than the normal one
Offcourse when refitting the alternator after we had changed the fan cover I managed to snap one of the two welded bolts who attaches the alternator...... So the entire job will have to be done all over again. Will weld on a new bolt to the cover I removed from the car

An little update on the progress on my little italian
So far we have changed tank, fuel hose, interiour carpet, headlights, turn signal lenses, tyres, removed seat covers and rinsed seats, it is now polished and waxed and is almost ready for it`s inspection at the national car inspection agency so it can get norwegian plates. Hopefully it will go through so it is ready for the 500 / 126 meeting in Heidkate, Germany in late July. Here is how ot looks now:
It is far from mint condition, but it is in OK working order and is fairly honest
