FIAT 126 BIS FOR SALE EXCELLENT CONDITION
« on: February 21, 2010, 08:57:03 PM »
Hello all!
I introduced myself to this forum a couple of weeks ago.
I have a Fiat 126 for sale. It beolnged to my grandad and has been tucked away in his garage since 2001. It has been well taken care of and was his little baby and kept tucked away under many blankets.
Unfortunately he passed away at the end of the year and my grandma wants the Fiat out of the way as she has no use for it.
Its G reg and even though it has been sat for a long time, there is NO rust and it is in mint condition. The only sign of age is that the bumper has faded a bit but that is all. My grandad was a perfectionist and it shows in this car, it really is lovely. Its low mileage at 15935. There is no MOT or tax. Since my last post, the Fiat has had a once over and started first time.
I was thinking about putting her on ebay but not really sure what price I am looking for.
If anyone is interested please contact me and I will send you some pictures.
Thanks
Emma

Sorry to bump this 2 year old topic, but Hazey and Marc bought it to my attention. Started to read the description and thought it sounded familiar, then i saw the number plate, this is my car!

I think a wheeler dealer bought it, then sold it on to me. Have to say, i'm continuing the legacy, she only spent a night or two out the garage in my 2 years of ownership, only used in the dry and i've probably only put between 200 and 300 miles on it since June 2010.

It's a great car, a real credit to the previous owner who obviously cared so much for it.

Thanks  :)

Thought it was yours, so I checked your first ever post before sending you the link.
When I was there I noticed you said it had MOT till december, but it had no MOT in february   ???
I think you may be right about your wheeler dealer, unless they just got the cheaper 10 month mot  ::)
