Hello from a swansea youth.
« on: May 28, 2009, 01:03:51 AM »
Hi, i'm rob. Not got my licence yet (or my seventeenth birthday) but i've been looking into getting a 126 as a first car. I thought "no harm in signing up."

Seeing as all my friends know as much about cars as I do about erotic dancing and want corsa's and fiesta's, I decided (like i'm sure many of you did) to go my own way and stand out from the norm. (and try and trim down my insurance premiums [-/ )  Anyway, once i've finished my gcse exams ( or O Levels for the more "mature" members of the club ) I can get a job and I can start getting more serious about searching.

the perfect 126 for me would have to be a nice pale yellow aircooled (for working on) or bis (for practicality) with the chrome bumpers (conveniently like the one on the homepage). Just tap it with the lowering stick and put some nice period chrome trim in/out of it and i'll be laughing.

Something to make you smile, in a couple of weeks i'll start getting my ema in and your taxes will be helping towards my car fund :P . (btw: ema is a weekly payment from the government for being a swat, a £30 payment at that)

I look forward to getting involved with the forum.

ps: Sorry for my bracket obsession.

Rob, my son.

You are indeed an astute young man. If I'd owned a 126 Aircooled, when I was your age...I'd have to beat them off with a pooty stick.

You are guaranteed more Jack & Danny than your fellow "Corsa" and "Fiesta" peers.

Respect......Norms
