Yes i am the wise man :D seriously, the puch g is a spartan version intented for the army and stuff, croatian army uses those, we apparently have too much money to bother with cheap vehicles  ::)

and that clip you posted: really, what happened to the side intakes?? this is the first commercial for the 126, perhaps this was a prototype and they put them on later...  ???

the film clip was released in 1982 but was filmed ten years before. the car in the vid had a bambino engine hence the extra holes on the engine cover to further aid cooling. these can be seen at 00:34)

so yes either it was a prototype or it was one of the very very first models.
