Looks a bit like a Trident, but I know it isn't. Looks south american too, with styling like Fissore models. A clue?

Had to do some detective work on this one. I think its a Brasinca, or Brazinca. If I remember it had a 4.2 Hemi and was a bit too fast for its chassis!

Correct it's a Brasinca 4200 GT model which is often mistaken to be connected with the Jensen Interceptor

This is getting harder all the time!  See if you can identify this styling prototype. A very intersting design which didn't go into production but was obviously prophetic of later people carrier designs. Tell me the designer and the engine, and the manufacturer who commissioned it if you can??

Geez this is a bleedin' hard one.  Is it an Autonova FAM Town-Car?  I think the picture below is the same from another angle.

Oh and the designer I think from my web searches was Piu Manzu and it was using NSU running gear.

Well done Aaron! Yes an interesting design. It was rear engined and looked to have really good packaging. Guess ity wouldn't pass safety regs today. Your go then...

Looking at it logically I would say it is/was a Fiat 126 designed or destined for the California market. But I'm probably wrong.

I think I would call that a "Butt Uggly Duckling" based on a 126. Left hand drive and the wheels put it in the 1972 to 75 era. I seem to keep on agreeing with Allan but this can only be a sweet little car that was "Ugglyfied" for the US market  :o
Did you see what they did to the 500 headlamps

Fiat were regularly producing cars for the annual Experimental Safety Vehicle competition and the 126 drew heavily on this experience. It had crumple zones, side-protection in the doors, stiff central tunnel, square channel surrounds to the doors and collapsible steering column.  Not sure of the year though, but it was a safety development vehicle and not for production --  thank goodness!

It would have been less aerodynamic than a rough brick.
