Its a 1936 Stout Scarab, designed by John Tjaarda, it had a Ford Flathead V8 mounted in the rear, and an aircraft style all aluminium monocoque fuselage. the handling was said to be very good. I love it!

I think this is a 1963 Mazda Carol 360. Tiny 4 cylinder 358cc, 18 bhp engine in the rear.
