 Having just bought a Fiat 500 I need to cut down the fleet (classic "my wife does not understand me story") so I have 2 126 air cooled plus a shed load of bits and something has got to go so if anybody is looking for a winter project or bits, let me know. Located near junction 18 M25.
Also I know that Tomasz might see this so how is the 126 Brown going along.
Sorry no bits to make your 126 do 125 mph but thanks for looking.

 Hi Neil , I do not have much car interior parts out of a car, ie, in my shed but of the two cars one has the black vynal (how do you spell that word?) sets that are in an azure blue bodied car and too good to split and they are in excellent condition. The other car is a light cream colour body and the fabric seats are light brown, they need work but the front seats are the rare ones with the original built in headrests.

Hi.  Ah that blue one is nice! We had really good fun with Rusty, Emma drove her for quite a while but then bought a spitfire and then an mr2!  She doesnt keep cars for long!  Might find out where we sold her to and go see if she is being kept up ok.

Hi, sorry to hijack the thread, but if nrg is still after an interior I have one that I was going to ebay.

Its in great nick apart from a bit of warpage along the top of the rear seat on the plastic backing. The carpet is all there too, again in great condition and the mottled pattern on the pads is all good and not worn through at all.
Pm me if you're interested, before it goes on flea bay  :P

Once again, apologies for the hijack..

Hi,
Do you still have the two aircooled? If so, what condition are they in and what colour are they? I am lookingfor one for a project, but I don't want to have to weld sills. I have facilities forr pointing and welding, but I am an amateur... (and a girl...   )
Thank you.

Yes I do still have the two cars. One which I bought and drove about 40 miles back from Reading a few years ago. I got it because it had a new / recon gearbox which I needed for my son's car. I did some extensive welding on this car but never completed it. The gearbox that I put in my son's car lasted about 50 miles and the car got parked on the drive, he went off to New Zealand about 4 years ago leaving me with the car. I then rebuilt and fitted another gearbox and used to take the car around the block every month or so until the rear brakes started binding due to being outdoors with minimum use. All of the main structures are solid and I waxoiled everywhere when we got the car but the bodywork looks quite shabby with rust at the lower corners of the front and rear windows. It is what I would descibe as Azure Blue with a very good black interior. I could say loads more but running short of time. Also got a set of Uno Turbo Alloy wheels & suitable size tyres that we ran on the car.
