Hi everyone. I am currently looking for a stonking good 126 to play with.
I live in Caerphilly South Wales and have a bundle of cash to spend so if anyone has a good one for sale I need to know!!
I've been admiring the cars in the Gallery and think you lot must be bonkers, I cant wait to get started...
Do you have "meets"? if so where and when?
My history with 126's goes back a bit I once had a white 126 bis on an f plate that I bought for Ã‚Â£50.00. Spent about Ã‚Â£500.00 on doing it up and then sold it for Ã‚Â£200.00. Lessons not learned I'm sure....

Hi Paul,
Keep an eye on Ebay there are always some on there but you need to veiw before bidding as there is a lot of rubbish out there.
If money is no object then this looks a good bet,

Hi again,
I saw the white one in blackpool.... Looks great and I have that kind of money to spend. I'm just concerned that the drive from Blackpool to South Wales is a pig in a regular car never mind a 126.
I emailed the seller to see if he/she could deliver it.... so far no responce.
The search goes on until Tuesday (when I'm abroad for a week).

You dont need to worry about spending a bit doing one up now. They seem to be getting more and more expensive in good condition.

No problem, I drove mine back from Shrewsbury 110miles and loved every munite of it! Even the head gasket survived

Take a picnic and make a day of it, 126's are like going back in time!!!! :smt080

this is part of the fun these cars can make the distances it just takes a bit more time and the drive from blackpool to caerphilly is a nice route i drove from blackpool to kent in one its easy!!!

WEHEY!!!!
It arrived yesterday afternoon!!! I'm chuffed to bits and looking forward to meeting some of you chaps to discuss ideas....
I have already removed bumpers and black door trims... Can't wait to get going!!

Its a 126 BIS in White, and in fantastic condition.. 1991. the previous owner was a nutcase and owned it for years, he used it for weekend jaunts with the kids.. who as teenagers now find it an embarrasment to be seen in............ HA HA they just dont get it yet!!
