Another Aussie !!!
« on: March 20, 2007, 12:08:56 AM »
Hi everyone  Im Darryl , stumbled across this forum somehow , anywho I have 3 and 1/2 Nikis which as you would all realise are 126s , here in Australia they changed the manufacturer to FSM instead of FIAT , why I do not know but doesnt worry me.
I live in a town of 30,000 and own every Niki I have found here , we are situated in Kalgoorlie which is 600km from the nearest major city and 300km from anything else , keep heading east and its 1800km to anything so we are pretty remote , how the hell 4 of these made it this far is beyond me . . .

The reason I say 3 and 1/2 will become clear when I post some pics in garage.
Cheers

Welcome to the 126 UK site
You should have no problems adding 53kb files to the garage section, in fact that is an ideal size!
The garage image size limits are:

maximum file size 1024 kb

The 700 resolution means= Single pixel count for maximum length or width, like 700 for a max 700x700

To add an image to the forum (not garage section)

The car is only required to move under its own steam , albeit slowly and only short distances , its the smallest engine which means larger capacity for sub encolsure.

Competed seriously between 98 and 04 but having a bit of a break now , I fit car audio for a living so it kind of went hand in hand , got kinda bored because I was always winning.

Unfortunately we dont have BIS in Australia or it would be perfect for street class , all the 126s here and Nikis with motor under the shelf , I never even realised there was a different model until I found this site !!

Was 153 on termlab ?
thats pretty good , best I have done is 154 in a starlet which was also 159.9 on Audiocontrol.

i had a bis in the late 90 s and stuck in 2x 8" 2x 10" fosgate subs , 10x speakers (from single tweeters down to 3 way) , 3 subs ,2x power caps and the car rocked!! even with all the sound matting and sticking down the car vibrated like a nutter at full volume . i only did it because all the people i worked with drove bmw , merc , and had full professional builds. i did it all myself and my car sounded so much better!! i reached 150!!! not bad for a amateur in a pink car dont you think? since then i have grown older and have replaced the subs with children less bass but more noise...
