Well, after a bit of grunting, and getting covered in nice new gearbox oil, it's refilled.
I think, reading other posts, I was lucky. The plug came out with a 13mm spanner and a short length of steel pipe for leverage.
I had the rear wheels up on ramps to get underneath, but had to feed the bottle over the top of the exhaust to 'hit the hole' with the nozzle.
Be warned, do not lay directly underneath when trying to 'hit the hole' with the bottle.
Very messy, as I found out on 2 occasions. You would have thought after the first attempt I would have moved wouldn't you
