Oil leak at flywheel screw

Hi everyone,

My engine has 2 small oil leaks that I’m trying to repair. One at the pushrod rubbers and one at the flywheel bearing.
The last one seems a bit unusual. I don’t think the oil is coming from the crankshaft bearing seal, or from a worn bearing. But I do see oil dripping out of one of the flywheel screw holes. I’ve cleaned everything until all the oil was gone. After a few minutes it looked like you see in the picture.
Is it possible (normal) for oil to be coming out of there? Or does this mean that the bearing might be damaged?

Can it be solved with something like this: https://www.permatex.nl/product/permatex-59235-high-temperature-thread-sealant-50-ml ?

I think that the flywheel bolts (including some thread sealant) will seal off the holes....

Update:
I've replaced the bearing (it was on it's way out) and the seal.
To be sure, I've used a tiny bit of RTV between the flywheel and the crankshaft.

The engine has done about 200km now and still no signs of oil leaking, so I think the problem is solved.
