Second post ever... first to Scott to see if he has any bits left.
I have bought a 1990 BIS... great body , bit like me , except someone has hand painted the front black at some stage (Red is original-)
I’m having it looked at by garage friend who informs me that I need:
A Rad , a passenger seatbelt and new headlights . I’m speaking to a nice chap in Sudbury re converting LHD light to RHD by using new LHD reflectors and my original lens , I can see a seatbelt on eBay but I’m stuck with sourcing a radiator. Can anyone help.
I also want to make a new headling. The cardboard sagged on original so I have cut a template and want to produce a new one.... should I try and use a plastic or mdf as backing ??
Lastly, I want to get the wheels blasted and painted black. Any recommendations in Colchester/ Ipswich areas?
