Finally got round to sorting the headlining. Didn't use the old headboard due to it being warped, so bought a sheet of perforated hard board, cut out using the old one as a template, using trimbond to glue new headlining. Also stuck some black sound insulation sheet on the board rear. Then fitted some dodo sound deadening mat to the roof, which made a massive difference.
