Yes but they'd be taller than the 135 70s that it should have on meaning that the speedo will be out slightly and (In my opinion) look a tad odd because the tyre will fill the arches.
I've got 145 60s on mine if your after a wider tyre. It's a funny size that were made for axaim micro cars so the choices are limited and there pricey but they are just a smidgen smaller than the 135s and look a lot better
