Fast idle solenoid
« on: May 10, 2015, 05:47:54 PM »
Hi folks
Could some kind bis owner please post pictures of their cars fast idle solenoid as mine is missing one of the vacuum pipes and I don't know where its supposed to go. (theres two)
The car revs do drop each time the fan kicks in so obviously its not working. I may need to buy a new solenoid.
Thanks

The previous ouner has bypassed the fast idle solenoid.

Yes thanks.
The vacuum hose connector bit that sticks out on pic 3 above the spark plugs  on mine is broken off!!!!
Will try to source a replacement bit with out having to buy a whole new carb.
Thanks again
