advice on lowering!
« on: October 05, 2013, 07:12:34 PM »
My lil rod project has been lowered, front blocks cut down, reverse eyes plus one leaf removed. Guy at garage says now it has been driven a bit it is rubbing at the front of the wing/arch? It rums on 12" wheels with skinny tyres, any suggestions?

I run 13's with 165x55x13 and had a similar problem I had to panel beat the inner front valance, the battery box at the outer lower corner and rolled the wing arch for about 200mm at the contact area.  No rubbing now.

Who knows about the negative camber solution? Welding up and re-drilling something?

Cheers Pete, that's what I was looking for. I'm sure people shouldn't be up at this time on a Sunday?!
