Gear linkage bolts

I'm really starting to get quite bored with having to retighten the bolt on my gear linkage. Is there meant to be a particular part in there, ours fell off before I had even seen it. Cheers

Don't think I need all of that, but it has helped cheers. Think a couple of washers and a lock nut will sort it. It was just a missing bolt, works fine when tight, only lasts a fortnight though.
