126/500 lowering spring on retrorides

not mine so donna ask me about it and I quote-

"I have for sale a front leaf spring that lowers and stiffens the car.

I bought it years ago but the plans have changed so much i''m not going to be needing it.

it's done about 40 miles, 35 of which was behind a tow truck so i'm going to say it's pretty much new!

looking for £100 delivered, look on e-bay and they are £150.
