Mobile speed cameras

Does anyone know if they use them from the top of bridges now?

There was a van parked on a bridge accross the M25 today.. :$

Oh yes, see them all the time on the M6/M74 when I'm heading back home.

It may have been an ANPR camera that checks for no tax/insurance/mot.
They use mobile cameras on the M11 but i have never seen them on the M25.
Fixed cameras are on the overhead gantrys between the M40 and A3 section of the M25.
