A bit of background first. My mum owned a Renault Laguna for about 10 years and about 6 weeks ago it finally had enough (tbh, she wasn't servicing it regularly). I'd been thinking about getting a newer car anyway so decided rather than px my Sei (as the finance was almost paid anyway) I'd give it to my mum and at least then I'll know it's in safe hands
So, what to replace it with? I initially wanted to stay small - Sei, Cinq, 126, Panda or even a Jap Kei car - however, the pull of Fiat was too great to stray that way and with the heatwave the call of Aircon was ringing in my ears so, allow me to introduce "The Croatian"
It's a 2004 Punto MultiJet HGT (1.9 turbo diesel) with all the extras - bodykit, spoiler, alloys, dual zone climate control, 5CD autochanger and a separate CD player for MP3's and a projected range of around 700 miles!
I know, it's not a 126 but I needed something reliable and economical with a bit of power if needed for when I can afford another 126 project. Let me know what you think
