   I've got a set of Cinq Alloys what tyres are best to fit for a 126 Air cooler and what Centre Caps Fit as I have none, Please.

the origional tyres fr these wheels fit 126 well at 155/55/13 but you can go to 175/50/13 which gives you much better chioce of rubber

As far as I know Cinquecento Sporting had 4.5' wide rims so 175/50 will be too wide. Standard tyre was 155/65 and this is probably optimal size although 165/55 (don't buy pirelli as they are splippery on wet) or 145/70 or even 135/70 would do as well.

The standard fitment on a cinq alloy if were talking about a modern 90's one was a pirrelli P6000 155/55/13 and was a 5.5" wide rim as far as i am aware

i have 155 55 r13 on mine and they are the best to be honest , any wider and the rubbing can start .....dont forget if you go lower it will be more risky to go wider without arch surgery.

Yeah good point you could also go for the cheeper option of 165/60/13's which i have on my current mag speedlines, as the 155's tend to be quite pricy due to low numbers of vehichles fitted with them  and they clear the arches fine.

The original 126 12'' tyres are price here in Australia there are only 20 new tyres in the country that’s why im going to 13’’

Hey Mick,

Where did you get your set of 155 55 13s? And how much do such circles of rubber go for? I bought my 155 65s and the profile is a little too large for y liking, may transfer them to my other car.
Nearly back on the road, brakes seem good as do wheels, just gotta sort out my steering as it is all over the place, though seemed better when I let some air out of the tyres.

thats got to be your tracking , i think the set of tyres cost £188 thats fitted etc etc ,

come on Dom. get it tracked up professionally and most of your problems will disappear, mine was the same after i had the front suspension off, it was the best 30quid i'd spent. so get your hands in your pocket, i thought it was only yorkshire men that were tight with there money

big_al i got the original 135r12 size for mine, and they were AU$75 each. i went to a specialist wheel shop, not a tyre shop, they ordered them in overnight. otherwise yeah, 155r12 tyres are on my friend's niki cos they were cheaper and he had trouble finding some 135s, and it drives perfect, even steers better for some reason, i cant figure that one out.

btw, the 12 is the rim size.

hi chaps,i've just bought a set of cinq alloys wiv 185/55/13's on expecting them to rub but they fit on my bis lovely,the only thing is as the overall diameter is larger than the standard wheels its made it higher geared and a bit slugish throught the gears,once the tyres need replacing i'll go for 175 50's i expect,,,just thought i'd let you know they fit
