silly question i know but where is reverse gear on a 126?
been checking everything on my MCA which is based on a 1979 126
anyway can get all 4 gears but struggling to find reverse, if the gear knob is original it says reverse is next to 4th, do i have to push the gear stick down or something as i keep just engaging 4th gear whatever i do

Push the gear stick down and move back towards 4th gear, if it struggles to engage a trick you can try is to run it through all the other gears first and it should then be okay. Unless it is broken...

There are some rubber bushes that you can fit, very cheap but make a big difference if you are having difficulty finding the right gear...

1 connection gear box. It is not loose and in one piece
2 Mount gear box are in one piece and regulation is well.
