Hello From High Wycombe
« on: March 16, 2015, 10:24:31 PM »
Hoping to have my latest purchase delivered this week, a 126 Bis 1991 in Red. Having bought it blind I'm praying that it'll be as good as the description ie MINT.  Looking forward to chatting to you all.

Sad reality. 126 was dropped off this morning only for me to find that it had the following issues:

1) tyres were perished to hell
2) spare tyre had a big rip in it
3) driver and passenger foot wells were soaking wet under the mats
4) huge gaping hole in the front bottom driver corner of wing/valance
5) seats ripped to hell
6) Oil dripping from a leak somewhere which had hit the fan and spun it everywhere!

fortunately, I've managed to stop the payment and i'm sending it back to the bloke who sold it to me. at my expense.  all in all £300 down the pan.  found myself a nice Cinquecento instead now.  Bye 126 club.  who knows maybe one day i'll return?
