If you can't find a new or used Fiat one,( they were on various models) look for a Lada one, they are the same.
If you find one still attached to the glass, just smash it and take the catch to your local windscreen installer and he can do the rest.
If you can't find one in a wrecker's yard, I can give you an email address for a Lada spares guy in Ukraine. He's excellent to deal with, his English is near perfect and bits are cheap.
