there are a couple of threads on sunroofs in the forum and looks like the italian 126s ( but not the fsms) came with one.
can anyone send me a photo of a sunroof, complete with the sheetmetal.
from what i can see, i can buy all the parts - eg arms, clamps, canvas, but the problem from what i can see is that the channel that runs around the opening is stempted into the top roof panel. that means i would have to get a brand new ( or a second hand) panel and spot weld it in. another option is to make the channel with a migwelder, which does not seem insurmountable.
has anyone tried?
