 :welcome
sunny weymouth, love it there, i lived just down the road at winterborne whitechurch for a few years.
maybe ask the owner of the land on wich the car is on.
if you cant find the owner, google "land registry" and this will tell you who owns the land.
hope this helps.

forgot to add sorry that the car is parked under a shelter in a row of garages behind some flats the reason i spotted is because i go past there every morning doing my paper round as a shortcut would the land registry still be able to tell me who's garage/shelter it is?

They might be able to, with a try! I would leave a  note on it and hope the owner notices!

if the garage's are council owned they maybe able to tell you.
a little trick i use when im trying to locate a land owner for shooting permission is to park your car up in full view and hang about in a "suspicious" manner, local people soon notice and in no time at all you can be sure the land owner will turn up to find out what your upto ( beware as the police showed up once when i done this lol)
im sure if you hang about for a while near the car a concerned local will show up and you can then quiz them to find out what they know.

Hi thanks for all the replies i have put a note up with my phone number on it so lets hope the owner contacts me also when i was at it i noticed another car parked next to it but i couldn't see it as it was covered up but i think its a fiat 500 by the shape and size of it therefore it might be bad news for me as the owner could of used the engine out of the 126 and put it into the 500 :/
