Hello from Ayrshire
« on: October 21, 2011, 09:00:37 PM »
Hi all.

Just bought my very first fiat. A 126 bis. Have been restoring minis for years now and when the chance came up to purchase a 126 I had to jump. Its an H reg with 15,000 miles on the clock and is a genuine barn find. Had been sitting in a farm for about 8 years without turning a wheel. It needs two wings, front panel, bonnet and a couple of repairs to the back arches. At least that is just now till i get it stripped down. Looking forward to getting it back to its original condition. Will put some pics up soon.

Hello and welcome to the forum! Keep us abreast of your restoration!

We went to Ayrshire for our holiday (two weeks). The house we rented was in the countryside and was on top of a hill, so we had a panoramic view of the sea. The place was stunningly beautiful.
