Rocker bits and fitment
« on: January 06, 2012, 07:17:25 PM »
Does the rocker shaft assembly from an air cooled 126 engine (652cc) fit the cylinder head from a fiat panda 750 cc, please. Thanks.

I think that the difference between the two cylinder 126 engine & the four cylinder Panda engine  might create a few challenges  :$

C'mon Rusty, where's the great English spirit of give anything ago. How would man have got to the Poles (sorry Norwegian/US) or got to the moon (sorry US) or climbed Everest (sorry Kiwi) with that kind of attitude.

No problem, you must be talking about a cylinder head which would have come from a 652ccs air cooled Panda 30. If you can post some pics then we could confirm the ID. You should have no trouble with the rockers but there are other issues if you are going to swop heads.
Allan I have seen some of the Kiwi inovation and ingenuity first hand and there is much to be admired, we are fortunate enough to be able to pick most bits off the shelf  ;)
