I am looking for a Fiat 126 air cooled. It will be a direct replacement for my Peugeot 406 that I am selling, and I will be using it daily to commute to work, so it must be road legal and have an MOT. Tax not too much of an issue, but must be running and reliable, and I must be able to drive it back to Kent (I do not have access to a trailer). Older ones preffered, but late air cooled ones will also be considered.

Ideally I am waiting to get rid of my 406 first but if the right car comes along then I will buy.

Now eagerly waiting to get into the 126 scene!

Strange downgrade youre doing there mate, but welcome anyways, hope the 126 satisfies all your needs that the 406 didnt....  :D

Yes you'r right a strange downgrade. I want a 126 project car, but can't afford to run both. Tax, Insurance, and Fuel will be so much cheaper on the 126 and will save me a small fortune!

What I will miss with luxury in the 406 I will make up for fun in the 126 im sure!

Hi,
  As my original post above, I now have cash in hand, and looking to buy my first Fiat 126.

The 406 is off to a new home, so any suitable vehicles out there?
