just wondering if anyones willing to do me a quote on shipping an air cooled engine and gearbox to south australia on a pallette? quote including engine and gearbox ofcourse, i need running ones for my spare niki.

probably not viable though:(

as a seperate request, i also want to buy a service manual for a late air cooled.

i wouldn't mind getting a new fiat 500 ciquecento 903cc in line 4 motor shipd over and plonking that in my 126 :cool:

I wouldnt think it is viable, probably cost a fortune!
Why dont you rebuild the engine that you have or get an engine reconditioning company to do the work for you? Should work out a lot cheaper!

lol mainly because i dont have an engine for that one. i got the two cars for the price of one cos the second has no engine or gearbox in it.
