Title: Thornes Park Car show

Thornes Park (fleur de lys) classic car show is on Friday 3rd July evening meet about 5pm till dusk, it's a good event if weather good normally 500 to 800 cars, the entrance is on Horbury Road, Wakefield WF2 8TY

Oooh! This one is just down the road from me so providing I'm feeling good on July 3rd (my school prom is July 2nd lol) I'll head down and come see you all lol

800 cars ??? 5pm till dusk - that's say, 9pm. So, 800 cars in 4 hours, or 240 minutes - that's just 18 seconds to look at each car.

Going to be quite a busy evening !!

I am definitely going to this just to meet as many from the forum as possible! (Providing I'm not dead from after prom lol) also they have made a new rule that cars older than 25years are the only ones alowed in so its expected much fewer cars shall be shown, however if you turn up still I expect they will still let people in due to the fact that the show will be nearly empty lol

It doesn't matter what time you turn up Simon, I'll be there about 6 ish after work :D

Had a great night at the show, was good to meet up with, Emma, Roger, Martin, Simon, Henry, Dom, Paul and ?.... Thanks for helping with the window :D
