"Lil rod" is going to a new home with a quieter exhaust!
The custom made stainless steel exhaust has been taken off and can be fitted to another 126 air-cooled engine.
You must have an electric fuel pump fitted as the heat build up was causing fuelling problems in "Lil rod" but should be ok with the fuel pump.
I paid £300+ to have this made and fitted.
I can post some pictures tomorrow.
£150 ono (delivery extra) pick-up or maybe meet at Autoitalia?
Mark.

Hi Mark, three questions:
1. are these pipes legal, noisewise - did they ever get through a legitimate MoT test ?
2. are all the curly pipe runs clever gas-flow designs to maximise performance... or are they simply the route you had to follow to avoid all the other bits of the engine ?
3. what is the small black squarish thing on the left hand pipe - is this a rubber mount or what?
Cheers

1. It passed its first MOT with this on.
2. Made to fit by a professional"powerflow" exhaust company.
3. The extra rubber mount was fitted as it was knocking.
