I have 1991 126 bis 703 cc
I screw idle fully in and screw out 2.5 tour aproximate.
but comming out of the egzost something like to water
when the engine cold (I screw very little its will be lost)
I asked to this to mechanican
that says "when comming water in egzost its ideal mixture of air and fuel"
that is true?
or
any problem to my engine?

This is normal with a cold exhaust.
If it carries on when the exhaust is hot, or there is white smoke, you've got a coolant leak.

but because of this water its ideal mixture?
I see that many cars exhaust

Hello mate,on many modern cars the water you see is a bi product of the catalytic converter. As Paul says if you are only getting the water at cold it's normal.

I don't think its much to do with the 'ideal' mixture - water vapour is a by-product of the combustion process - it condenses in a cold exhuast, but remains vapour in a hot one. On a cold day, you can see the vapour condensing when it reaches the air.
You should not be getting water all the time - only when the exhuast is cold.
