Hi
Due to a change of job which means I lose my storage my little car is up for sale.
It's '97 model and I bought it last year with no passenger floor. The floor has now been 90% welded in and a new sill put in on the passenger side, there is also a new crossmember put it.
The floor needs some final welded underneath to finish but not much.
The other sill needs a couple of repairs and a plate added to the floor too which has been started.
The brakes work fine and all has been stripped, new cylinders added and rebuilt.
There are new brake lines to the rear.
Tyres are ok and should pass a test.
It will need a new steering box as it has a lot of play in it and a seat belt bracket welded in underneath.
It starts and drives fine. Still on Polish plates but I have the reg document and the NOVA has been paid.
No carpet with the car.
Search "elx minor resto" in restoration section to see more.
Located in Teignmouth Devon

Shame you have to sell it, the work was coming on so nicely!

Thanks, it's a hard decision but I have two cars and one needs to go, which ever sells first! The yellow cinquecento is the other!

Hi how much for yellow cinquecento and what engine is in?
Thanks Lucas

The cinquecento was up for £800 and has a tuned up Punto 1242cc 8v engine in it, it just passed its MOT yesterday after being off road for 3 years being welded etc. I've had it for 10 years but I think I'm going to keep it now and sell my 126 :-( It's a shame as I've wanted a 126 for many years but can't afford to run two cars as well as my daily family car.

I like your cinquecento :) It is not easy to decide which auto hold especially after and hours of work you have done. Have you managed to convert to 1242cc?

I bought a 1242cc punto 8v engine many years ago and had that put in, it's an easy conversion that makes a lot of difference! Surprised people at the traffic lights!
