Hopefully someone can answer two quick questions for me?
1. Is Number 1 cylinder the one furthest from the Flywheel?
2. Which way should the arrows on the cylinders be facing? Away from the flywheel? Do they both point in the same direction?
Just want to be sure before I go any further.
Thanks

Hi Giles :) number one cylinder is as you say the furthest one from the flywheel. Not what you mean by the arrows though? Do you mean the ones stamped on the piston top?

Thanks and yes, I do mean the ones on the top of the pistons.

I believe the arrows should be pointing towards the timing side of the engine and cylinder 1 is the one closest to the timing also so looks like you're right :).

Thank you. Hopefully I've got it right then.Cheers
