Title: BIS vs Cicquecento 0.7
Post by: Konstantinov on December 21, 2014, 08:32:26 PM
hello there
I have 126 BIS but my crown wheel and pinion are in really bad condition. Im wondering:
1. Are the gearbox from Cinquecento 0.7 is the same as BIS?
2. Can crown wheel and pinion from CC get fit in to BIS?
3. How many tooth has CC pinion?
4. Which one of them is better gearbox?

Good point Kon, but I wouldn't of thought that would be a problem with the differential or the gearbox, the straight cut 1st gear and the syncro rings should work in either direction.

so can i take parts from CC and put em in to BIS ? Or I should take the whole gearbox and replace it ?

We never had the CC700 over here in the UK, I would compare both boxes and use the parts necessary to repair the Bis box, unless after inspection they are identical then pick the best one.

merry christmas to all :)
about the pinion and the crown from cinquecento - they are made to rotate in the opposite direction - they just dont fit :(
