Hi Folks, does anyone have a link as to where I can buy a New tank for our 126bis 1989, can't find much of anything and think the tank is full of rubbish, also need to overhaul the carbs as it's cutting out and replace the fuel hoses as well, is there a "How To" manual download as I've never worked on one but I'm handy with a spanner. Thanks, hope to get this sorted ASAP.

Hi
Yep you can get a new tank for €19 via ebay Germany. Even if you add postage to the UK it is still cheaper than UK sellers are offering.

Cheers

Thanks, just messaged them regarding postage, hopefully they read English better than I read German. Update soon hopefully. ;)

If you read the advert it gives you the postage price to UK, €18. so new tank to your door for €37 all in.
With the £ strong against the Euro at the moment you are looking at a new tank delivered for less than £35, BARGAIN.

Why not use an online translate tool to at least make an effort in German. You'll find that it helps.
Bing or bablefish offer an online translate service, although I'm not sure what you need to ask. You have the postage charge on the advert and it is a buy it now for €19. It is still way cheaper than anyone in the UK is offering.
