Hi Owen , I have got one of those plastic door lock links here. I cant quite see from your picture but has one of the little ball ends sheared off in that one ?

yes thats what the problem was when the car was stripped they sheared of the wee ball socket , that why i need the plastic thingy and a new chrome door handle and key , the only thing wrong with my handle is the wee bal is missing so quicker and easier to change the whole thing me thinks thanks owen n w

That wee ball bit is quite delicate but it just fixes to the back of the lock barrel with a small spring pin which you can tap out with a tiny pin punch or even a suitable round nail with the end filed flat. I do have a good wee ball bit as well just in case you have trouble getting a handle.

gadge many thanks for the kind offer but it turns out me da had put one in a different box that why i could nt find the 2nd one .so i got the 2 fitted
