Title: Expansion Tank Filler Neck (How To Undo)

Trying to figure out how to remove the plastic colar/nut that secures the filler neck under the tailgate  :- It looks quite fragile plastic and a complicated profile or mechanism, dont want to force and snap it.  :headscratch:

Any ideas appreciated.
