Title: Why do they not answer? Arches

Hey!

I have email this company 4 times now and they do not answer. First time i email them was 2013/10/23

Why do they not answer? Have any get contact with them?

Sometimes, depending on your e-mail provider, it can end up in their junk mail folder so they don't get your message, probably best telephoning...

Aha okey, but i can not speak german :/ does anywone have email contact with them and say that i try to contact them: [email protected]

Try a different email provider, your current email service "hotmail" is notorious for ending up in the junk mail folder.

I did creat a new german email but they do not still answer. Does anywone have email contact with them? If anywone have can you write that [email protected]   trying to contact them :/
